Q. But I’ve hardly used it… do I really need a service?
A. We, like most caravan manufacturers, recommend having a service every 12months to ensure your van stays safe & reliable. Vans sitting still often have more issues than vans that are constantly in use, so try to have it looked at at least once a year for peace of mind.
Q. I service my own van, why would I need to bring it to you?
A. Why mess up your driveway at home! Plus there’s a lot more to a service than just re-greasing your bearings- many other items are checked and/or maintained in order to save you from unexpected, and often expensive, repairs down the track.
Q. How do I know what you’ve actually done?
A. We provide a detailed service report with every service carried out, signed by the caravan tech himself, which keeps everything transparent. We can also send pics by email or text of the repairs under way, so you know exactly what’s happening to your pride & joy.
